Gea van Klompenburg | Family – Court and Criminal Case Mediations |Gelderland & Flevoland

Gea van Klompenburg is an experienced mediator specialising in family – court and criminal case mediations. Together with Marjon, she followed an academic course to become a Master Mediator. Gea has a background as a financial specialist and this fact ensures that she has top-level expertise in cases where anything financial needs to be addressed.
“The goal of mediation is that both parties can proceed with satisfaction and without quarrelling; particularly when it is a divorce involving children. When people talk to me, they have the intent to reach an agreement together. I simply help them make the right arrangements. Agreements that are pleasant for all involved; now and in the future. I set down the agreements made with married couples in a covenant or make a dissolution agreement for people who live together. ”

Gea will handle the alimony calculations and draw up the (compulsory) parenting plan for when there are underage children. The lawyer with whom we work will then arrange the joint petition for divorce at the court.
She is a High Trust member of the Legal Aid Board and is a member of the Association of Mediators in Criminal Cases.
